Davenport Publishing as a non-profit public service lets people, groups, and libraries get books with ready-to-use legal forms written by attorneys. Books received by libraries are FREE donations and no payment or other action is needed.
The focus of books is Estate Planning which is doing legal documents (including a Will) to control health care, property, money, children, funeral, and more if later a person is absent, sick, or dead.
Each state has its own book since laws and forms vary by state. Estate Planning is often not worth spending lots of money and effort on, and using legal forms for this is common.
A normal publisher is not being used since the books partly use government or semi-public legal forms it would be improper to seek profit from, and since the books will need updates every few years (future books will be marked like “2026 Edition” and “2030 Edition”).
